These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the consulting services provided by Ashly Y.D. Consulting. By accessing this website or engaging in services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refunds & Cancellations
Scheduled Strategy & Training Sessions:
Full refunds are available with at least 24 hours’ notice. After this period, all sales are final.
On-Demand Text Support:
Full refunds are available only if the cancellation request is made before the first support exchange takes place. Once support has started, all sales are final. You are welcome to use the Contact Form to ask about this service before purchasing.
Priority Text Support:
Full refunds are available with at least 12 hours’ notice. After this period, all sales are final.
All Other Services:
Due to immediate work initiation, once orders are received, all sales are final.
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after approval. Please allow 3-7 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Services
Ashly Y.D. Consulting provides strategy, support, and design services for individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. Services are consultative and advisory in nature.
Services may include guidance and/or deliverables related to:
- Business strategy
- Brand development and brand strategy
- Website and digital presence strategy
- Document and communication design strategy
- Social media setup and guidance
- Biography writing consultation
- Editing consultation
- Customer service training and communication strategy
Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations and making final business decisions.
Methods of Consultation
Services are delivered through one or more of the following formats:
- Text message consultation
- Email consultation
- Live video sessions via Google Meet
The format and structure of services depend on the service selected and the client’s needs.
Service Requests & Quotes
Prospective clients may request service information through the Contact Form. Personalized service quotes are provided through the Free Strategy and Quote Form. Base pricing is listed on the Services page.
Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance of a project or consulting engagement. All requests are reviewed to determine compatibility, scope, and availability.
Ashly Y.D. reserves the right to decline service requests.
Scheduling & Communication Expectations
Clients are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully at all times. Services may be declined or discontinued at any time if communication becomes inappropriate or disrespectful.
Typical response times are 1-2 business days during active consulting engagements, unless otherwise stated. Messages sent outside of active service periods or scheduled sessions will be addressed during the next available business window. Deliverables are typically completed within 2–7 business days, depending on project scope.
Consultation availability and communication hours may vary and are not guaranteed outside of scheduled services or engagements.
Payments
Payment is required prior to the start of any service unless otherwise agreed.
By purchasing services, clients agree to attempt to resolve any concerns directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Payments made for completed services are considered final. Any fraudulent payment activity may result in service termination and further action if necessary.
Failed or incomplete payments will result in service cancellation.
Scope, Revisions, & Deliverables
Consulting services are limited to the scope agreed upon with the client at the time of booking or project approval.
Some services may include the creation of design or communication materials (“deliverables”). These may include, but are not limited to:
- Business card design
- Website design guidance or layout design
- Document or communication design
- Digital branding materials
- Social media graphics or setup materials
- Written content or biographies
Deliverables are created based on the scope of work agreed upon with the client.
Revision allowances vary by project and will be defined based on the agreed scope. Additional revisions or major changes outside of the original scope may require additional fees.
Additional requests, expanded projects, or services outside of the original scope may require additional fees, a revised agreement, or a separate service booking.
Delivery, Turnaround, & Acceptance
Upon project completion clients will receive the agreed-upon final files or materials. File formats and delivery methods will be determined based on the project.
Editable source files may or may not be included, depending on the nature of the service and agreement with the client.
Turnaround times vary depending on project scope, client responsiveness, and current workload. Most services are completed 2-7 business days.
Final deliverables are considered accepted upon delivery unless concerns are raised within 24 hours.
Usage & Rights
Clients are granted the right to use final deliverables for their intended business or personal purposes once full payment has been received.
Ashly Y.D. retains the right to display non-confidential work in a professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim Ashly Y.D.’s designs as their own. All designs are created for the client’s intended use and may not be repurposed for resale or commercial redistribution.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing any necessary information, images, or content required for deliverables and must ensure that all provided materials do not violate copyright or intellectual property laws.
Consulting services provide professional guidance, strategy, and recommendations. Results may vary depending on how advice is implemented.
Clients are responsible for:
- Business decisions
- Implementation of strategies
- Financial decisions
- Legal compliance within their business or organization
Ashly Y.D. is not liable for outcomes related to the implementation or non-implementation of consulting advice and does not guarantee specific business outcomes, results, or financial performance.
By engaging in services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Professional Disclaimer
Consulting services provide strategic guidance and professional insight. Services provided by Ashly Y.D. do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or medical advice and should not be relied upon as such.
Clients should consult appropriate licensed professionals in these areas when necessary.
Professional Conduct & Safety
Ashly Y.D., BGS reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time due to:
- Harassment
- Abusive behavior
- Inappropriate conduct
- Safety concerns
Services discontinued for safety reasons are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, materials, and original work created by Ashly Y.D., is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
