How do I book a service?
After submitting a request, you will receive a confirmation along with next steps. Payment is required to secure and schedule your session.

Do you offer free consultations?
Yes! I offer a free 10-minute introductory call for general questions about my services. The Free Strategy & Quote Form must be completed prior to requesting this session. Paid sessions are reserved for in-depth strategy, feedback, and hands-on guidance.

Sessions & Communication

What platform do you use for sessions?
All live sessions are conducted via Google Meet. A link will be provided prior to your scheduled time. Cameras are optional, but encouraged for a more personalized experience. A microphone is required. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early in case you have trouble accessing the meeting. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to ensure availability for all clients.

For paid sessions, please come prepared with any questions, materials, or goals you’d like to work through so we can make the most of your time. You’re welcome to share your screen or provide links during the session.

Pricing & Scope

What’s included in a strategy session?
Strategy sessions are focused, 1:1 working sessions where we actively discuss your ideas, refine your direction, and create clear next steps. During these sessions, I can provide guidance for design layouts, messaging, and overall structure. If you’d prefer hands-on support, I also offer services to implement these improvements for you.

Can I ask general questions without booking a session?
For general inquiries, feel free to use the contact form. In-depth questions, feedback, and strategy guidance are reserved for paid sessions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
SCHEDULED STRATEGY AND TRAINING SESSIONS: Full refunds are available with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund.
ON-DEMAND TEXT SUPPORT: Full refunds are available only if the cancellation request is made before the first message is received. Once support has begun, the service is considered fulfilled.
PRIORITY TEXT SUPPORT: Full refunds are available with at least 12 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 12 hours will receive a 50% refund.
ALL OTHER SERVICES: Due to the nature of digital services and immediate work initiation, all sales are final.
