These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the consulting services provided by Ashly Y.D., BGS — Creative Director & Brand Consultant. By accessing this website or engaging in services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services
Ashly Y.D. provides consulting and strategy services for individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses.
Services may include guidance and consultation related to:

- Document and communication design strategy
- Social media setup and guidance
- Biography writing consultation
- Editing consultation
- Customer service training and communication strategy
For services that are consultative and advisory in nature. Clients remain responsible for implementing recommendations and making final business decisions. Deliverables remain client responsibility, unless an agreement is achieved by both the client and Ashly Y.D.
Methods of Consultation
Consulting services may be delivered through one or more of the following formats:
- Text message consultation
- Email consultation
- Video consultation sessions
The format and structure of services will depend on the service type selected and the client’s needs.
Service Requests & Quotes
Prospective clients may request information or service quotes through the website’s contact form or quote request form.
Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance of a project or consulting engagement. All requests are reviewed to determine compatibility, scope, and availability.
Ashly Y.D. reserves the right to decline service requests that fall outside the scope of services offered.
Scheduling & Communication Expectations
Clients are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully.
Response times may vary depending on workload, service type, and scheduling availability. Reasonable response times will be maintained during active consulting engagements.
Response times listed on service pages apply only during active consulting periods and business hours.
Consultation availability and communication hours may vary and are not guaranteed outside of scheduled services.
Payments
Payment terms will be communicated prior to the start of any paid service.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be received before consulting services are delivered.
Because consulting services involve professional time and expertise, refunds are not provided once services have been rendered.
Time reserved for scheduled services is non-refundable if missed without at least a 24 hour notice.
Scope of Services
Consulting services are limited to the scope agreed upon with the client.
Additional requests, expanded projects, or services outside the original scope may require additional fees or a revised agreement.
Deliverables & Design Work
Some consulting engagements may include the creation of design or communication materials (“deliverables”). These may include, but are not limited to:
- Business card design
- Website design guidance or layout design
- Document or communication design
- Digital branding materials
- Social media graphics or setup materials
- Written content or biographies
Deliverables are created based on the scope of work agreed upon with the client.
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project scope. Additional revisions or major design changes outside the original scope may require additional fees.
Upon completion of a project, clients will receive the agreed-upon final files or materials. File formats and delivery methods will be determined based on the project.
Editable source files may or may not be included depending on the nature of the service and agreement with the client.
Clients are granted the right to use final deliverables for their intended business or personal purposes once full payment has been received.
Ashly Y.D. retains the right to display non-confidential work in a professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
Clients are responsible for providing any necessary information, images, or content required for deliverables. Clients must ensure that any materials they provide do not violate copyright or intellectual property laws.
Client Responsibility
Consulting services provide professional guidance, strategy, and recommendations. However, results may vary depending on how advice is implemented.
Clients are responsible for:
- Business decisions
- Implementation of strategies
- Financial decisions
- Legal compliance within their business or organization
Ashly Y.D. is not liable for outcomes related to the implementation or non-implementation of consulting advice.
By engaging in services, clients agree to these terms.
Professional Disclaimer
Consulting services provide strategic guidance and professional insight. Services provided by Ashly Y.D. do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.
Clients should consult appropriate licensed professionals in these fields when necessary.
Professional Conduct & Safety
Ashly Y.D., BGS reserves the right to discontinue services at any time due to:
- Harassment
- Abusive behavior
- Inappropriate conduct
- Safety concerns
If services are discontinued for safety reasons, clients will receive a prorated refund for any unused prepaid services.
Maintaining a respectful and safe working environment is a priority.
